A new geometry in combination with a special finished TiCN-Coating makes these forming taps unique. Tapping torque and working temperature are significant reduced due to these characteristics. Not only forming with big sizes (up to M 45) is possible, but also forming hardened materials up to ~ 35 HRC. The forming taps are for universal applications and available in a wide range of sizes and thread types.
